How long will it take to get my custom-printed USB flash drives? We have drives that are available on an 3-week, 1-week, and even 24-hour rush production time. Just let us know when you need them and we'll let you know which drives to choose from. And don't forget to allow for shipping time. Orders are shipped from the West Coast or Connecticut.
How do you ship my order? We use FedEx as our primary carrier, but we also ship via UPS. By default we ship on our account and bill you for the freight in your invoice, but we will gladly ship your order on your account, just notify us when place your order.
How do I place an order? Ordering is as easy as 1-2-3:
How do you print my logo onto the drives? Screen printing: The most popular customization is screen printing or pad printing, also called spot-color printing because each color is printed separately. This is perfect if your logo is 1,2,3, or 4 separate colors, without shading or gradient. It's great for plastic drives as the ink actually burns into the plastic, a very permanent imprint that beautifully displays your logo in it's true colors. Laser Engraving: On USB's with metal finish, we can laser etch your logo, where your logo is actually laser-carved into the metal, making a lasting impression with a more subtle presentation. We have a team of sharks with frikin' laser beams on their heads, they do great work when they're not too hungry. Debossing: On USB's with a soft material such as faux leather or silicone, we can deboss your logo, where your logo is stamped into the leather. Full-color Process: On a few drives, we are able to print any image onto the drives with photographic image quality. We can do this on any drive with a flat, white surface.
Why are USB flash drives better than CD's, DVD's, and external portable hard drives? USB flash drives are far superior to these other storage media in every aspect. They are smaller, more portable, and far more stable and reliable as they have no mechanical moving parts (with at least a 10-year average life compared to 5 for external hard drives and even less for CD's DVD's). They also are much greener than any other storage media – the creation of one CD or DVD uses 100% more petrochemicals and 500% more energy to manufacture than one USB flash drive. External hard drives contain far more materials than a USB flash drive.
